What is blue light? 

The sun used to be the primary source of providing blue light. The white light with the colours of the rainbow, ROY G BIV combined. Different colours have different wavelengths and energy, and blue light has the shortest wavelength and highest energy. 

Blue light is a visible spectrum, what our eyes can see. But nowadays, blue light is everywhere; digital screens, TV, tablets, smartphones, and LED light bulbs. 

Research shows that blue light waves are as nearly powerful as UV rays, which can cause damage to our skin and eyes.
